Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the permitted and prohibited uses of domain names leased from Atlantic Digital Assets ("ADA", "we", "our", or "us").

Because Atlantic Digital Assets retains ownership of all leased domains, customers are expected to use those domains responsibly and in a manner that preserves their value, reputation, and long-term marketability.

1. Purpose

This policy is intended to protect:

• The reputation and value of premium domain names.
• The security and stability of Internet services.
• Atlantic Digital Assets, its customers, and third parties.
• The long-term interests of future lessees.

2. General Standard

Customers must use leased domains lawfully, ethically, and responsibly.

Any activity that may reduce the value, reputation, search engine standing, commercial desirability, or legal status of a leased domain is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, whether directly or indirectly.

Illegal Activities

• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
• Money laundering.
• Fraud or deceptive business practices.
• Identity theft.
• Forgery.
• Tax fraud.
• Counterfeiting.

Cybersecurity Abuse

• Phishing.
• Credential harvesting.
• Malware distribution.
• Ransomware.
• Botnet operations.
• Unauthorized system access.
• Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.

Spam and Unsolicited Communications

• Sending unsolicited commercial email.
• Email bombing.
• Mass unsolicited messaging.
• Operating spam networks.
• Activities resulting in blacklisting of the domain.

Activities That May Damage Domain Reputation

• Publishing fraudulent content.
• Misleading consumers.
• Fake investment schemes.
• Fake technical support services.
• Scam websites.
• Deceptive affiliate schemes.
• Search engine manipulation or abusive SEO practices.

Intellectual Property Violations

• Trademark infringement.
• Copyright infringement.
• Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material.
• Counterfeit products.

Illegal Products and Services

• Sale or promotion of illegal products.
• Promotion of unlawful services.
• Any activity prohibited under applicable law.

Activities Creating Significant Legal or Reputational Risk

• Content likely to expose Atlantic Digital Assets to litigation.
• Activities likely to result in domain seizure, suspension, or government action.
• Activities likely to result in domain blacklisting.
• Activities that materially reduce the commercial value of the domain.

4. Search Engine Reputation

Customers shall not intentionally engage in practices that could cause search engines, security providers, or Internet service providers to classify the leased domain as malicious, deceptive, or untrustworthy.

5. Email Reputation

Customers shall not use leased domains in any manner that may result in email blacklisting, reduced email deliverability, or loss of sender reputation.

6. DNS and Technical Integrity

Customers shall not intentionally configure DNS or associated services in a manner that creates significant security risks or interferes with Internet infrastructure.

7. Monitoring and Investigation

Atlantic Digital Assets reserves the right to investigate reports of suspected violations of this policy.

Customers are expected to cooperate with reasonable requests for information relating to suspected violations.

8. Suspension

If Atlantic Digital Assets reasonably believes that continued use of a leased domain presents an immediate legal, security, financial, or reputational risk, we may suspend DNS services, website availability, email forwarding, or other services without prior notice.

9. Termination

Atlantic Digital Assets may terminate a lease agreement for material violations of this policy.

Termination does not relieve the customer of any unpaid financial obligations incurred before termination.

10. Reservation of Rights

This policy is intended to protect valuable digital assets while supporting legitimate businesses and organizations.

Atlantic Digital Assets reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable judgment, whether particular activities create unacceptable legal, operational, security, or reputational risks.
