Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Atlantic Digital Assets manages subscription cancellations, refunds, billing disputes, and related matters.
1. Subscription Services
Most services provided by Atlantic Digital Assets are subscription-based and billed on a recurring basis.
Subscription pricing, billing intervals, and included services are disclosed on each product page before purchase.
2. Customer Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their customer account or by contacting Atlantic Digital Assets.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically terminate services before the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise specified.
3. Refund Policy
Because premium domain leasing reserves valuable digital assets exclusively for each customer, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Atlantic Digital Assets in exceptional circumstances, including billing errors or duplicate charges.
4. Optional Services
Fees for optional services, including DNS configuration, DNS delegation, consulting, setup services, technical support, or other professional services, are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced.
5. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, Atlantic Digital Assets may:
- Retry payment processing.
- Notify the customer.
- Suspend certain services.
- Suspend DNS services.
- Terminate the lease after repeated payment failures.
6. Chargebacks
If a customer disputes or reverses a payment through their financial institution without first attempting to resolve the matter with Atlantic Digital Assets, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend services immediately.
- Terminate the lease agreement.
- Recover unpaid balances and related costs where permitted by law.
- Decline future service requests.
7. Domain Usage After Cancellation
Upon expiration or termination of a lease, all rights to use the leased domain immediately revert to Atlantic Digital Assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The customer shall discontinue use of the leased domain, associated branding that requires continued rights to the domain, and any representations suggesting continued authorization.
8. Pricing Changes
Atlantic Digital Assets strives to maintain stable, predictable pricing.
When pricing adjustments become necessary due to objective economic factors or operational costs, customers will receive reasonable advance notice before new pricing becomes effective.
