<h1>Domain Lease Agreement</h1>

<p>This Domain Lease Agreement ("Agreement") governs the leasing and use of domain names offered by Atlantic Digital Assets ("ADA", "we", "our", or "us"). By subscribing to, leasing, or using a leased domain name, the customer ("Lessee", "Customer", or "you") agrees to be bound by this Agreement.</p>

<h2>1. Our Leasing Philosophy</h2>

<p>Atlantic Digital Assets acquires and manages premium domain names as long-term digital assets. Our business model is based on providing businesses with access to valuable domain names while maintaining ownership of those assets.</p>

<p>We seek to establish long-term relationships with our customers and support the continued use of leased domains for as long as the customer remains in good standing and complies with this Agreement.</p>

<h2>2. Domain Ownership</h2>

<p>All leased domains remain the exclusive property of Atlantic Digital Assets or its affiliates.</p>

<p>The customer receives the right to use the leased domain under the terms of this Agreement but does not acquire ownership, registrar rights, transfer rights, or any ownership interest in the domain name.</p>

<h2>3. Grant of Use Rights</h2>

<p>Subject to compliance with this Agreement and timely payment of all fees, Atlantic Digital Assets grants the customer a limited, non-transferable right to use the leased domain.</p>

<p>The customer may use the domain for lawful business, commercial, personal, organizational, or informational purposes, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and any service limitations disclosed on the applicable product page.</p>

<h2>4. Subscription Billing</h2>

<p>Domain leases are provided through recurring subscription payments.</p>

<p>Lease fees, billing intervals, included services, optional services, and applicable charges are displayed on the product page or related service pages at the time of subscription.</p>

<p>By subscribing, the customer authorizes recurring charges according to the selected billing schedule.</p>

<h2>5. Perpetual Lease Relationship</h2>

<p>Atlantic Digital Assets supports long-term and continuous leasing relationships.</p>

<p>Provided that:</p>

<ul>
<li>Subscription payments remain current;</li>
<li>The customer complies with this Agreement;</li>
<li>The customer complies with the Acceptable Use Policy;</li>
<li>The domain is not used for prohibited activities;</li>
<li>The customer does not create legal, financial, security, or reputational risk;</li>
</ul>

<p>Atlantic Digital Assets generally intends to allow the customer to continue leasing the domain indefinitely.</p>

<p>Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as a transfer of ownership or as an unconditional guarantee of perpetual use under all circumstances.</p>

<h2>6. Pricing Adjustments</h2>

<p>Atlantic Digital Assets does not seek to impose arbitrary or unexpected price increases.</p>

<p>Lease pricing may periodically be adjusted based upon objective economic factors, including but not limited to inflation, currency purchasing power, operating costs, market conditions, and precious metal values.</p>

<p>Such adjustments may result in increases or decreases.</p>

<p>Any material pricing changes will be communicated in advance.</p>

<h2>7. Included Services</h2>

<p>Unless otherwise specified in writing, a standard domain lease includes:</p>

<ul>
<li>Use of the primary domain name;</li>
<li>Use of the www subdomain;</li>
<li>Basic email forwarding services for the primary domain;</li>
<li>Basic DNS services as determined by Atlantic Digital Assets.</li>
</ul>

<p>Standard domain leasing does not include unlimited subdomains, wildcard DNS, registrar-level access, domain transfer rights, hosted email accounts, or advanced DNS services unless specifically stated in writing.</p>

<h2>8. Additional Subdomains and Wildcard Services</h2>

<p>Additional subdomains and wildcard subdomain services may be available for additional fees.</p>

<p>Unless included in a specific product listing or service plan, additional subdomains and wildcard services are not included in the standard domain lease.</p>

<p>Current pricing and service availability are published separately and may be updated from time to time.</p>

<h2>9. DNS Services</h2>

<p>Atlantic Digital Assets may provide DNS configuration and DNS management services.</p>

<p>DNS changes requested by customers may be subject to setup fees, service fees, maintenance fees, or support fees.</p>

<p>Customers are responsible for providing accurate DNS instructions, hosting information, mail server records, and related technical details.</p>

<p>Atlantic Digital Assets is not responsible for service interruptions caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer or by third-party service providers.</p>

<h2>10. DNS Delegation Option</h2>

<p>Certain customers may elect to obtain DNS delegation services, subject to approval and additional fees.</p>

<p>When DNS delegation is approved and activated:</p>

<ul>
<li>The customer may manage DNS records directly;</li>
<li>The customer may create and manage subdomains;</li>
<li>The customer may create and manage email-related DNS records;</li>
<li>The customer assumes responsibility for DNS configuration, accuracy, security, and maintenance;</li>
<li>The customer remains subject to this Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy.</li>
</ul>

<p>DNS delegation does not transfer ownership of the domain and does not grant registrar-level ownership rights.</p>

<h2>11. Advanced DNS Services</h2>

<p>Advanced DNS services, including enterprise DNS, cloud DNS, redundant DNS, DNS monitoring, or services using third-party DNS providers, may be available by separate arrangement.</p>

<p>Setup fees, monthly fees, service scope, and technical requirements for advanced DNS services may be negotiated separately.</p>

<h2>12. Email Services</h2>

<p>Unless expressly stated otherwise, Atlantic Digital Assets does not provide hosted email accounts, mailbox storage, SMTP services, IMAP services, POP3 services, Microsoft Exchange services, or similar hosted email services.</p>

<p>Any included email functionality is limited to forwarding services specifically described on the product page.</p>

<p>Email forwarding for the primary domain may be included with certain leases, but email forwarding for subdomains is not included unless specifically agreed in writing.</p>

<h2>13. Prohibited Uses</h2>

<p>The customer may not use a leased domain for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Illegal activities;</li>
<li>Fraud or deceptive practices;</li>
<li>Spam or unsolicited communications;</li>
<li>Malware distribution;</li>
<li>Phishing activities;</li>
<li>Counterfeit products or services;</li>
<li>Intellectual property infringement;</li>
<li>Activities that may damage the reputation, deliverability, search engine standing, legal status, or market value of the domain;</li>
<li>Any activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.</li>
</ul>

<h2>14. Suspension and Termination</h2>

<p>Atlantic Digital Assets may suspend or terminate services if:</p>

<ul>
<li>Subscription payments are not made;</li>
<li>The customer violates this Agreement;</li>
<li>The customer violates the Acceptable Use Policy;</li>
<li>The domain is used for unlawful or harmful purposes;</li>
<li>The customer creates legal, financial, security, operational, or reputational risk;</li>
<li>Continued use of the domain may reduce the value or reputation of the domain.</li>
</ul>

<h2>15. Cancellation</h2>

<p>The customer may cancel a subscription at any time.</p>

<p>Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically generate refunds for charges already incurred.</p>

<p>Domain usage rights terminate at the conclusion of the paid subscription period unless otherwise agreed in writing.</p>

<h2>16. Purchase Offers</h2>

<p>Atlantic Digital Assets generally acquires and manages domains as long-term income-producing assets and does not guarantee that leased domains will be available for purchase.</p>

<p>However, after maintaining an active lease relationship for a minimum of three (3) consecutive years, a customer may submit a written purchase offer.</p>

<p>Atlantic Digital Assets is under no obligation to accept, negotiate, or respond to any purchase offer and retains sole discretion regarding the sale of any domain.</p>

<h2>17. Third-Party Services</h2>

<p>The customer may use leased domains with third-party hosting providers, email providers, DNS providers, marketing platforms, content delivery networks, or other services, subject to this Agreement.</p>

<p>Atlantic Digital Assets is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, pricing, or policies of third-party services.</p>

<h2>18. Limitation of Liability</h2>

<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlantic Digital Assets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use a leased domain.</p>

<p>Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.</p>

<h2>19. No Business Guarantee</h2>

<p>Atlantic Digital Assets makes no guarantee regarding website traffic, search engine rankings, advertising performance, lead generation, revenue, profitability, business success, or market recognition resulting from use of any leased domain.</p>

<h2>20. Governing Law</h2>

<p>This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.</p>

<h2>21. Modifications</h2>

<p>Atlantic Digital Assets may update this Agreement from time to time.</p>

<p>Continued use of a leased domain following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.</p>
